Certain drive programs and ESP settings are
unsuitable for transporting a roof load.
When setting or selecting these drive programs,
a crossed-through vehicle with a roof load is
shown as a warning. When this symbol is shown,
the selected drive program is not suitable for
transporting a load on the roof.
The following drive programs are affected:
Sport drive program
R
Individual drive program with the Sport
R
ESP ® setting
% The symbol is also shown in the following sit‐
uations:
Within the reset display if the previously

active drive program is unsuitable for the
transport of a roof load
