Nacho Cabinets OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS LIGHT SWITCH Flipping this switch to the "ON" position energizes the light. HEAT SWITCH Flipping this switch to the "ON" position energizes the heat element. Note: The is heat element is controlled by the variable bulb cap thermostat on the side of the cabinet. ADJUSTABLE HEAT CONTROL The machine comes with a set VARIABLE bulb cap thermostat for product temperatures of 80 to 150 degrees F. -
