REVIEWING UNACKNOWLEDGED ALARMS
After pressing REVIEW, the default position of the
cursor is under the PROGRAM selection. To review the
unacknowledged alarms, use LEFT/RIGHT TAB (</>) to
move the cursor under UNACKD ALARMS in the review
display. Use NEXT (∨) to scroll through the list of unac-
knowledged alarms in the reverse order of occurrence. To
acknowledge an alarm, press CLEAR. After an alarm is
acknowledged, it is moved to the acknowledged alarm file
where it remains until rolled out of the list (only 25 alarms
are maintained) or until the alarm is restored to a normal
condition. When an alarm is acknowledged, its alarm mes-
sage no longer alternates with the run or review display.
When all alarms are acknowledged, the unacknowledged
alarm point is turned off.

REVIEWING ACKNOWLEDGED ALARMS
After pressing REVIEW, the default position of the
cursor is under the PROGRAM selection. To review ac-
knowledged alarms, move the cursor under ACKD ALARMS
using the LEFT/RIGHT TAB (</>), and press NEXT (∨).
If there are currently acknowledged alarms, they will ap-
pear in the reverse order of occurrence. Because acknowl-
edged alarms must return to normal before they can be
cleared from the system, this file may be only viewed. An
acknowledged alarm remains in W7600 memory until rolled
out of the list (only 25 alarms are maintained) or restored to
normal condition.

INITIATING A BYPASS
Press BYPASS to initiate a bypass. Bypass initiation is
allowed without entering an access code if the access code
is 0000.
If an access code is required, the cursor is initially
positioned under the left-justified digit. To change the
code, press PLUS/MINUS (+/–) to select the first digit.
When a number is selected, press LEFT/RIGHT TAB (</>)
to move to the next digit. Move to the left or right by
pressing either the LEFT/RIGHT TAB (</>). When the
bypass access code is selected, press NEXT (∨).
If incorrect, there is no action (the cursor stays in the
same position). Re-enter the bypass access code.

To initiate a bypass, move the cursor under the digital or
analog indicator on the screen and tab down to the desired
output to be bypassed. Digital outputs can be bypassed
from ON to OFF or from OFF to ON using the PLUS (+) or
MINUS (–) keys. Analog outputs can be changed in incre-
ments of one percent using the PLUS (+) or MINUS (–)
key. Pressing FAST simultaneously with the PLUS (+) or
MINUS (–) key changes the analog outputs in increments
of five percent.
To activate a bypass, press the FAST key from any
bypass screen. This downloads the bypass output states to
the W7600. When the W7600 is in bypass, the * bypass
indicator is displayed in the upper right corner of the S7600
display. After the bypass is activated, all changes made to
any of the outputs are downloaded to the controller while it
is still in bypass.
Pressing the RUN or PROGRAM keys causes any state
changes to be downloaded (if bypass was not activated),
cancels bypass (if bypass was activated), and resets the
W7600. Pressing the REVIEW key causes any state change
to be downloaded (if bypass was not activated) but does not
deactivate bypass (if the bypass mode was activated). Press-
ing the CLEAR key from any bypass screen cancels bypass
and resets the W7600. The previous bypass state that was
activated is uploaded each time the BYPASS key is pressed.
REMOTE COMMUNICATION
While the ZM7601/ZM7603 Software is communicat-
ing with the W7600, the keyboard and the database of the
W7600 are locked. During this process, the following
message is displayed:
COMMUNICATION IN PROGRESS...
The same message appears for an extended length of
time if the communication system is attempting to recover
from an error.
In the background, the communication system attempts
to resolve the error. If the error cannot be resolved, the
following message will be displayed:
COMMUNICATIONS PROBLEMS...
