Inbetriebnahme
• Schalten Sie die Betriebsspannung
ein.

2,9 Nm
• Positionieren Sie den Zylinder-Kol-
ben an der Stelle, die Sie mit dem
SMTO-1-... abfragen wollen.
• Verschieben Sie den SMTO-1-... ent-
lang der Zylinderlängsachse bis er
umschaltet. Die Kontatktfläche muß
am Zylinderrohr anliegen.
• Drehen Sie folgende Schrauben fest:
- Klemmschraube: max. 2,9 Nm
- Gewindestift: max. 1,0 Nm

Ausbau und Reparatur

• Lösen Sie die elektrischen Verbin-
dungen des SMTO-1.
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß das Feder-
blech nicht unkontrolliert wegspringt.
Es steht unter mechanischer Span-
nung.
• Ziehen Sie das Federblech vorsichtig
vom Zapfen der Befestigungsplatte.
Commissioning
• Switch on the operating voltage.
• Place the cylinder piston at the positi-
on you wish to interrogate with the
SMTO-1-... .
• Push the SMTO-1-... along the cylin-
der longitudinal axis until it switches.
The contact surface must lie against
the cylinder barrel.
• Tighten the following screws:
- locking screw max. 2.9 Nm
- threaded pin max. 1.0 Nm

Dismantling and repairs

• Loosen the electrical connections of
the SMTO-1.
• The spring plate is under mechanical
tension and must be prevented from
jumping away.
• Pull the spring plate carefully from
the pivot of the fastening plate.
