The alarm codes
"81"
and
"82"
will
be displayed
without
operating
the
FUNCTION select
keys.

When more than

error occurs
at
the
same
time,
up

five
alarm codes will
be
shown
on the display.

Errors on
axis
are displayed by three digits,
first
of
which shows
the
axis
whose
error
is
detected.
•
The alarm code
is
cleared by depressing
the
RESET
key, after eliminating the cause of the alarm.
•
The SYSTEM
NO.
switch number will be displayed
at the
extreme
left
of the display top.
