Selecting Printing Options for an Individual Job in Windows

To use specific printing options for a single job, change the printing properties before sending the job to the printer.
These settings override default printing options for the current job only.
1. With the document open in your application, click File, then click Print.
2. Select the printer, then click Properties to open the Properties window. Click the tabs in the Properties
window, then click the desired settings.
3. Click OK to save and close the Properties window.
4. Print the job.
