Problem
The product does not start.
The air goes directly
through the exhaust or the
product vibrations are slow.
The vibration decreases
when the vibrator head is
put into concrete.
The product does not oper-
ate in a dusty environment.

Troubleshooting

Cause
There is no air pressure.
There is no air flow.
The ball valve is closed.
The air exhaust is blocked.
The rotor is blocked.
The air pressure is too low
to start the product.
The air flow is too low to
start the product.
There is a leak in the sup-
ply hoses.
The product is not suffi-
ciently lubricated.
The ball valve is not fully
opened.
The lamella is worn out.
The sealing on the ball
valve coupling has a leak.
The air pressure is too low
to start the product.
The air flow is too low to
start the product.
There is a leak in the sup-
ply hoses.
The product is not suffi-
ciently lubricated.
The ball valve is not fully
opened.
The lamella is worn out.
The tube is damaged or
defective.
There is sand or dust in the
vibrator head.
The air exhaust is blocked.
Solution
Examine the air flow and the air pressure.
Make sure that the air compressor is on and that the
product is correctly connected to the hose.
Open the ball valve.
Remove the blockage.
Shake the tube carefully when the tube is pressurised.
Disassemble the end cap and clean the parts.
Measure the air pressure. Refer to
page 11 .
Measure the air flow. Refer to
11 .
Attach the clamps correctly on the supply hoses.
Replace the supply hoses if it is necessary.
Lubricate the product, refer to
page 6 .
Open the ball valve fully.
Replace the lamella.
Replace the sealing.
Measure the air pressure. Refer to
page 11 .
Measure the air flow. Refer to
11 .
Attach the clamps correctly on the supply hoses.
Replace the supply hoses if it is necessary.
Lubricate the product, refer to
page 6 .
Open the ball valve fully.
Replace the lamella.
Replace the tube.
Disassemble and clean all the parts with fuel. Then lubri-
cate all parts and assemble the vibrator head.
Remove the blockage from the air exhaust.
