Top view wheels, sensor PCB removed
1 Mount retaining brackets of wheel assembly to thread pins and fasten nuts on one side
2 Adjust brackets on second side. Note that
• wheel is running freely
• wheel must not touch front panel

Fasten axel by socket-head cap screws on retaining brackets using an Allen key 1,3mm
4 Tighten adjusting screw (see figure 18) in a way that after movement of the wheel it is coming to
rest immediately.
Label fastened screws by screw lacquer
Do not touch encoding disk
5 Mount encoder PCB (TT-1784) on thread pin by retaining brackets, adjust and fasten it by nuts
M3.
6 Distance of encoder PCB to encoder disk should be roughly 1 mm. For adjustment see below.
