Disassemble the spline adapters and ring gear. Hole Drilled in Ring Gear Assembly FIGURE 10. Drill a 7/16” hole through the ring gear assembly in the marked location. De-burr the drilled hole, removing any sharp edges.
Chapter 3 Reassemble the spline adapter assembly on the ring gear to ensure there is proper alignment of the clearance hole when all components are assembled. Place the ring gear assembly (P/N 063-4001-011) over the female spline adapter with the V-ring facing down and the holes in the ring gear aligned with the holes in the female spline adapter. Thread the horn wire through the large hole in the male spline adapter.

Secure the node mounting bracket to the machine using the supplied hardware appropriate for the chosen mounting location.

Insert the two large, rectangular connectors of the node harness (P/N 115-4001-157) into the correct ports of the node, tightening the bolts on the harness connectors to secure the connections. Connect the female 4-pin Deutsch connector to the cable of the installed foot switch (P/N 063-0173-593).
