Approvals

EC directives
SIPLUS ECC products conform to the requirements and safety objectives of the EC
Directives listed below.
Low-voltage directive
SIPLUS ECC products meet the requirement of the EC Directive:
2006/95/EC "Electrical Safety". The product is designed in accordance with EN 61010-1
EMC directive (electromagnetic compatibility)
SIPLUS ECC products meet the requirements of the EC Directive:
2004/108/EC "Electromagnetic Compatibility"
The product is designed for operation in industrial and residential areas with the following
requirements:

Note for the manufacturers of machines
This product is not a machine in the sense of the EC Machinery Directive. There is therefore

The installation of expansions that are not approved for SIPLUS ECC products or their
target systems may violate the protective objectives of electromagnetic compatibility and
the regulations for electrical safety.
Always use expansions approved for the system.
The product meets the requirements if you adhere to the installation and safety
instructions contained in this documentation and in the following documentation when
installing and operating the product.
