Troubleshooting Problems requiring Preliminary setup or as a result of a incorrect preliminary setup (page 6/7) - I can view the outdoor station on WiFi at home but not on 3G/4G - I can receive calls from the outdoor station on WiFi at home but not on 3G/4G I used to receive notifications on my phone but not anymore - Ensure your controlcam 2 user account is not in use on another device, each device needs its own account.
