Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you very much for your purchase of the PhysioStep LXT. To help
you better understand the operation of this product we would like you to
note that when you are using this product you must maintain an RPM of
at least 30 in order for it to operate correctly and have the correct readout
information.
Please reference the information below:
Select program 1 by pressing the START button once your
machine is powered on. Make sure the program is not flashing. If it is
flashing press the START button.
Press the MODE button and it will display the RPM window in
the center of your screen.
If you do not see the RPM reading change you must go faster.
If you go at or below 30 RPM you'll feel a slight hesitation. Once
you achieve a pace of 30+ RPM the slight hesitation will not be
detectable.
