Parts List:

(24) Short Bolts for Leg Plate
(24) Lock Washers
(14) Long Bolts for Gear Guard
(4) 1-1/2" Wooden Dowels
(4) Table Legs With Leg Plate & Casters
(2) Gear Guard Short Panels
If purchased, attach the optional Gratnells Storage Kit before attaching the table legs. Otherwise, skip to step 4.
1. Identify the pilot hole pairs on the tabletop underside, each with 8 holes (fig. 1).
2. Position the Bracket Pairs with plastic rails facing each other (fig. 2), and align the bracket holes with the pilot holes.
3. Using a Screwdriver, drive Wood Screws into the holes to secure the Bracket Pairs to the Tabletop (fig. 2).
* When the table is fully assembled and turned upright, install the Gratnells Trays, handle facing out, by gliding the
tray rim along the plastic rails on the Bracket Pairs.

Attach the Table Legs

4. Identify 6 holes in each corner of the Tabletop underside (fig. 1).
5. Align the Leg Plate holes with the corner holes.
6. Thread Lock Washers onto the Short Bolts, then insert the Bolts through the Leg Plate holes and hand-tighten.
7. Using the Allen Wrench, fully tighten all Bolts to secure the Table Legs to the Tabletop.
8. Press the lever on the Casters to lock, then turn the table upright.
Attach the Gear Guard Short Panels, then attach the Gear Guard Long Panels
9. Identify the Short Panel end holes (fig. 3) and insert the Wooden Dowels halfway into each hole.
10. Identify 3 side holes on each Short Panel (fig. 3) and align them with the holes on the short edge of the Tabletop.
11. Insert 3 Long Bolts into the Short Panel side holes and hand-tighten to the Tabletop edge.
12. Identify the 6-hole side of each Long Panel and press the outermost holes against the Dowels on the Short Panel ends.
13. Insert 4 Long Bolts into the Long Panel side holes (fig. 3) and hand-tighten to the Tabletop edge.
14. Using the Allen Wrench, fully tighten all Bolts to secure the Panels to the Tabletop.
