Demco Mobile 4-Sided Display Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires a Phillips screw driver, not included.
Carefully follow the sequence stated in these instructions
for proper assembly.
❶ Assemble casters to underside of Base by inserting
(16) Short Phillips Bolts through caster brackets into
threaded inserts in Base. Attach the two locking casters
on the left side and the two non-locking casters on the
right side of the Base. Flip Base on casters; lock casters
by pressing levers down.

❷ Holding the Metal Ladder Frame vertically, short end
with holes downward, center into the space between the
two metal trays on the Base. Insert (2) Long Hex Bolts
horizontally through holes in both Trays, capturing
Ladder Frame. Secure with Flat Washer, Lock Washer
and Nut.

❸ Secure the Metal Ladder Frame to Base by inserting
(3) Long Hex Bolts downward through holes at bottom of
Metal Ladder Frame. Secure on underside of Base using
18mm Flat Washer, Lock Washer and Nut.
❹ Resting it on the Base, align ONE Side Panel vertically
with 3-hole side against the Metal Ladder Frame. Starting
from the top of the Side Panel, insert (3) Long Phillips
Bolts through Ladder Frame holes and into threaded
inserts in Side Panel to secure ONE side of Metal Ladder
Frame to the Side Panel.
❺ Secure the attached Side Panel to the metal tray by
inserting (2) Medium Hex Bolts through the 2 holes in the
Side Panel and metal tray. Secure with Flat Washer, Lock
Washer and Nut.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Follow the sequence of these
instructions carefully. DO NOT attach the other Side
Panel until the Notched Metal Shelves and Metal Top
Shelf are fully installed. Correct assembly calls for shelves
to be cantilevered off both sides of ONE Side Panel
before attaching remaining Side Panel.
❻ Starting from the bottom, tilt Notched Metal Shelf
through vertical bars of Metal Ladder Frame and position
notches around upright metal rail A. Using (2) Long
Phillips Bolts, attach Outer Metal Shelf through Side
Panel to Notched Metal Shelf by aligning holes. Secure
with Flat Washer, Lock Washer and Nut. Hand tighten
only. Repeat steps above using remaining Notched Metal
Shelf around metal rail B.
