Cause
Release valve is not
completely closed
Oil level is too low
Too much oil
Overloaded
Release valve is not

in the hydraulic
system

Air in the hydraulic
system
Solution
Close the release valve by turning the
handle clockwise
Lower lifting arm, fill in hydraulic oil up
to approx. 6.4 mm under the seam of
the filling plug
Remove excessive oil with a pipette.
The hydraulic oil level should be
approx. 6.4 mm under the seam of the
filling plug.
Use suitable trolley jack
Close the release valve by turning the
handle clockwise
Close the release valve. Step with one
foot on the front wheel and completely
lift up the lifting arm with your hand.
Lower the lifting arm and try again or
bleed the system.
Lower lifting arm, fill in hydraulic oil up
to approx. 6,4 mm under the seam of
the filling plug
Close the release valve. Step with one
foot on the front wheel and completely
lift up the lifting arm with your hand.
Lower the lifting arm slowly and try
again or bleed the system.
