5.2.3.2 Cleaning ingredients

D Lift up the holder (27.) in front of the filter
paper.
D Lift the ingredients container slantingly
backwards out of the machine.
D Remove the cover (26.1).
D Shake the ingredients out of the container into
a clean dry bowl.
D Take the outlet (26.3) away.
D Remove with the supplied scrubbing brush the
remnants from the ingredients container, from
the worm and from the outlet.
WARNING
n If you clean the ingredients container with
water, make sure that all parts are very dry
before you fill the ingredients container again.
This prevents encrusting.
D Fill the container again with Freshbrew grind,
available especially for this machine.
D Press the cover (26.1) and the outlet (26.3) on
the ingredients container (26.) and place this
back into the machine. Make sure that the
drive clutch (26.6) at the back side slides over
the drive cam in the back wall. Make sure that
the fixing cam (26.4) at the bottom falls into the
notch of the sheet–metal work.

TIP
– Check before using the machine again
whether all parts have been mounted
correctly:
– Is the ingredients container (26.) at the
right place and is the fixing cam (26.4) at
the bottom side of the notch of the
sheet–metal work?
– Has the outlet (26.3) of the ingredients
container been placed well above the
mixing basin (24.2)?
– Is the mixing basin (24.2) on the Brewer
again with the locking spring (24.3) of the
hot water supply hose (25.) at the front?
– Has the hot water supply hose (25.) been
placed correctly?
– Has the litter bin (23.) been placed again?
– Have the coffee outlet pieces (24.7 and
24.8) been mounted again?
– Has the filter paper (28.) been placed
correctly and does the brewer room (24.1)
press the filter paper?
D Close the door (3.) with the key and place the
drip–tray (9.) in front of the machine again.
