Symptom:

Possible cause:
Clamping force of the brewer
room is too strong.
Brewer mechanism defect.
Insufficient maintenance.
Clamping force of the brewer
room is too weak.
Outlet of the ingredients
container is aimed wrongly.
The measured amount of
Freshbrew grind is larger than
normal.
Motor runs, but the brewer does
not.
Hot water hose has been placed
wrongly in the mixing basin.
Hose to the brewer is blocked or
twisted.
Leaking hot water selector or
other water connections in the
machine.
Hot water hose is not in the
mixing basin.
Outlet pieces of the brewer
have not been mounted.
Breaking pin of the brewer is
defect.
