Troubleshooting (Cont.)
Problem:
Form Out light is lit continually, printer is not
beeping, and coupons continue to print.
Form Out light is lit, printer is beeping.
LCD reads BIN 1 EMPTY
Form Out+ light is lit, printer is beeping
LCD reads BIN 2 EMPTY
Printer is not printing
Error COVER OPEN PLEASE CLOSE
appears on LCD.
Corrective Action:
Fewer than 50 documents remain in either Din 1
or Bin 2. You may choose to reload now, or wait
until bin is completely empty. See next alert for
loading instructions.
Note: If you choose to reload now, you must void
the remaining stock in the printer before you can
load new stock.

Bin is completely empty.
1. Load ARC ticket stock in Bin 1. See the
"Loading ARC Ticket Stock" section on
page 9 for instructions.

1. Make sure printer side door is fully closed and
flush with housing.
2. Press ENT key to resume printing.
