    Loading ARC Ticket Stock 3000 Bin 1 Loading ARC Ticket Stock in Bin 1 Front of Printer ARC ticket stock must be loaded in Bin 1. Bin 1 is the upper bin of the secure document bin. To locate Bin 1 ticket stock on the printer, see figure 5.

With the printer power on, pull the first document to the correct opening shown above, and insert with the staple stub first, and the ticket or green side facing the top of the stand. Continue to insert the document into the printer until the printer feed motor pulls the stock.

    Installing the Locking Cover 3000 The printed document locking Cover secures documents that are already printed and are waiting in the internal stacker. Use of the printed document Locking Cover is optional. The stacker, with or without cover, holds approximately 80 coupons. You must remove the Locking Cover before attempting to open the right side door to clear a jam.

    Document Jam Detection If a jam occurs when a document is being issued, the printer: • Stops printing. • Lights the ERROR light on the front of the printer (figure 3 on page 5.) • Sounds several beeps. • Displays a message on the LCD: JAM OCCURRED To Remove Jammed Document 1.

    Diskette Care and Use The software diskette contains all programs and data necessary to run the printer. It is to be used only in the printer. It is not designed for PC use. The diskette drive is located inside the printer side door, directly behind the stacker. (See Figure 1 on page 3 for exact location.) To Eject a Diskette Note: Do not remove diskette unless directed to do so by Apollo.
