Diskette Care and Use
The software diskette contains all programs and data necessary to run the printer. It is to be used only in the
printer. It is not designed for PC use.
The diskette drive is located inside the printer side door, directly behind the stacker. (See Figure 1 on page 3 for
exact location.)
To Eject a Diskette
Note: Do not remove diskette unless directed to do so by Apollo.
1. If necessary, Remove Locking Cover. (See page 11 for instructions.)
2. Open printer side door to access disk drive. The drive will be in the upper left hand corner.
3. Press diskette eject button located at the bottom right of the disk drive.
4. Diskette will pop out of the disk drive.
5. Pull diskette straight out of the disk drive.
6. Close printer side door. If necessary, reattach Locking Cover.
To Insert a Diskette
Note: Do not insert another diskette unless directed to do so by Apollo.
1. Eject the existing diskette, if you have not already done so.
2. Hold diskette so label is facing the back of the printer.
3. Slide diskette into drive until it clicks into place.
4. Close printer side door. If necessary, reattach Locking Cover
To Display Current Software Version
To display current software version, press MOD, 4 on the keypad.
The software version displays on the LCD.
