  • Page 15 Test the spray pattern. Aim the gun at a piece of scrap cardboard and trigger for 1 second to check the spray pattern. A good pattern should be round and well atomized, and it should harden with a fairly smooth surface. Refer to the chart in Fig 22 for the proper size of pattern and spray distance for the nozzle being used.
