    ASSEMBLY, OPERATION & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE 1. FEATURES The TradeQuip 2701T Low Profile 2,000kg Garage Jack with 'quick lift' facility has a new 'improved design' pump seal. The aluminium and steel fabrication delivers extra durability, while the twin piston pump unit produces effortless lifting. The low profile design makes this jack suitable for use on reduced clearance vehicles.
  • Page 6 Product Code: 2701T 4. OPERATION 4.1. Raising Vehicle Only attachments and/or adapters supplied by the manufacturer shall be used. Lift only on area of the vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.  Make sure the jack and vehicle are on a hard level surface.
  • Page 7 Product Code: 2701T 6. MAINTNANCE Monthly maintenance is recommended. Lubrication is critical to jacks as they support heavy loads. Any restriction due to dirt, rust, etc, can cause either slow movement or cause extremely rapid jerks damaging the internal components. The following steps are designed to keep the jack maintained and operational.

    Product Code: 2701T 7. STORAGE When not in use this jack should always be stored in a dry location on a level surface with the lift arm and saddle in the fully lowered position. 8. SERVICE & REPAIR Any jack found damaged in any way, or found to be worn or operates abnormally should be removed from service until repaired by an authorised service agent.

    Product Code: 2701T WARRANTY TradeQuip products have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment and are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase except where tools are hired out when the guarantee period is ninety days from the date of purchase.
