4.13 RESISTANCE TEST
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD. WHEN MEASURING CIRCUIT
IMPEDANCE, DETERMINE THAT THE POWER SUPPLY IS
DISCONNECTED AND THE CAPACITOR IN THE CIRCUIT IS
COMPLETELY DISCHARGED.
