please read these instructions carefully before connecting, operating or
adjusting this product. Please keep this manual for future reference.
IntroduCtIon
The loudspeaker switching console is used to distribute loudspeaker output
signals of audio amplifiers to different loudspeakers in a switchable mode.
This product is only approved for connection to loudspeaker outputs of audio
amplifiers and outputs of passive loudspeakers.

1) Only use suitable loudspeaker cables for connecting. If in doubt, consult
an expert.
2) Carefully read the input and output connection section in the relevant
operating instructions of the devices that are to be connected.
3) If these instructions are not observed, the loudspeaker switching console
or connected devices (amplifier or loudspeaker) may get damaged.
4) Switch off the power switch of the amplifier before connecting it and do
not switch the amplifier on again until you have made all the necessary
connections and checked them.
5) Follow the same procedure, when changing the wiring of the loudspeaker
switching console.
6) Makes sure to introduce neatly the litz wires into loudspeaker terminals to
exclude short circuits.
• When connecting, observe the marking of the loudspeaker terminals:
+ = positive connection / - = negative connection / RIGHT = right
connection / LEFT = left connection
• Connects the input source (e.g. DVD, PC, Mobile, TV) to the amplifier;
connects the amplifier to the AMP input terminals; connects the
loudspeakers with the SPEAKER OUTPUT terminals.
oPerAtIon
• Switch on your amplifier and start the desired music program.
• Select the desired loudspeaker pairs by loudspeaker selection switches.
• Due to the series-parallel arrangement, the switches with no connected
loudspeaker are always in the OFF position.
The loudspeaker pairs are operated by the loudspeaker switching console in
a series-parallel circuit.
The value loaded at the amplifier can be found in the table below. This table
refers to connection of 8 Ohm loudspeakers. If 4 Ohm loudspeakers are used,
the provided total impedance values have to be halved.

PRINCIPALLY, THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:
The total impedance of the connected loudspeakers is calculated from the
series connection of loudspeaker pair 1 and 2, as well as 3 and 4. These pairs
in turn are connected in parallel.
Based on this information, a specialist can calculate the total impedance and
give you the necessary connection instructions ("Which loudspeaker pair to
which output?).

We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in
this user's manual. Use the product only in dry interior rooms. Not
attending to these regulations and safety instruction might cause

come into contact with water. Do not install the product close to openings
of air conditioners, or at places with an excessive amount of dust or smoke.
• Do not install the product at places subject to vibration, or oscillation.
• Do not modify and alter the product and any accessories! Do not use any
damaged parts.
• Keep enough space around all devices for a good ventilation and free
motion and to avoid damages.
Maintenance:
Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
Warranty:
No guarantee or liability can be accepted for any changes and modifications of the
product or damage caused due to incorrect use of this product.
In compliance with EU Directive WEEE this product is marked with this
symbol. It means that used electrical and electronic products should not
be mixed with general household waste. There is a separate collections
system for these products in compliance with WEEE directive, otherwise
contaminative and hazardous substances can pollute the environment.
