CLASSIC PORCH ROCKER CCK1 Thank you for purchasing our Classic Porch Rocker. Assembly of this product requires a small brush, a rubber mallet and a Phillips screwdriver. We have found it helpful to have a second person present during the assembly process. 1 of 6 OCCK1050926...
TOOLS NEEDED Rubber Mallet, Philips Head Screwdriver and Small Brush STEP 1 PARTS LIST Read through these instructions thoroughly before beginning assembly. STEP 5 Using one full packet of glue, fill the four bottom holes (2 on each side) of the seat back (and as labeled on the picture) using an equal amount of Apply glue glue in each hole. Leave the top two holes empty for now.

STEP 8 Utilizing the Front of the Seat, use equal amounts of glue, and spread on sides and back of holes. Apply glue Leave enough glue for the remaining 2 holes on seat back for the arms. STEP 9 Attach front of seat. Please note that there are also two pins on the rail of the front of the seat where the seat should be attached to.

STEP 11 Attach the runners . Using glue, apply in the runner holes and on the ends of each post. Attach runners to the posts, using medium screws (3/16” x 1 3/8”). Attempting to force the runners to fit will damage them. You may have to gently tap the front of the rocker post until the bottom lines up exactly with the hole in the runner.

STEP 14 After they are in place, attach the arms to the back posts using the long screws (3/16” x 1 3/4”). STEP 15 After they are in place, attach arms to the front posts using the short screws (3/16” x 1 3/16”). WARNING: FOR YOUR SAFETY, WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE USING CHAIR...
