- Page 2 STEP 1 Read through these instructions thoroughly before PARTS beginning assembly. We have found this to be of A. SIDE RAIL (2) great value when first assembling this product. B. HEADBOARD C. FOOTBOARD STEP 2 LONG SUPPORT BAR (FULL AND QUEEN) Remove all parts and hardware from packing SMALL WOODEN LEG (QUEEN) material.
- Page 3 STEP 5 Locate the two side rails (A), the headboard (B), and the footboard (C). Side Rails (A) Headboard (B) Footboard (C) STEP 6 Stand them headboard upright STEP 7 Locate the 8 bolts and barrel nuts. Insert the barrel nuts into the holes on the inside of the side rails.
- Page 4 Step 8 Line up the end of one rail (finished side out) with the pre-drilled holes in the headboard (finished side with wood button facing in toward rail). Insert a bolt through each hole so that it screws into the barrel nut in the rail. Using a Phillips head screwdriver tighten the bolt (the use of a flat head screwdriver to hold the barrel nut in the correct position is recommended).
- Page 5 Step 10 Full Size Only – Locate the long support bar with screws attached to either end. Attach to the frame by positioning the support bar so that the screws on either end are placed into the notch on the metal brackets found on the frame ends.
