Logs
The System Log contain useful information for troubleshooting issues that may occur in the
system.
Before contacting support for assistance, it is suggested that you save the System Log file and then add
it as an attachment when you create the support ticket.
On the Logs page:

To save the current system log in a log file, click Download Logs.
→
A GNU zip (.gz) file is automatically downloaded and saved in the Downloads folder on
your PC.
