Thank you for purchasing this CLARKE chemical plunger pump,
Suitable for water, alcohol, petroleum, diesel, paraffin, lubricant, water-based chemicals, acid and alkaline solutions.
Before attempting to use this product, please read this manual thoroughly and follow the instructions carefully.

• 1 x Handle assembly
• 2 x Nuts and Bolts
ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the nut from the pump as shown.
FITTING THE
1. Connect the handle as shown and secure at
each point using the small nuts and bolts.

FITTING THE OUTLET TUBE
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
• 1 x Outlet tube
• 1 x Extension Inlet tube
• 1 x 2 piece telescopic extension with filter
2. Place the nut over the outlet tube and back
onto the pump
FITTING THE TELESCOPIC EXTENSION TUBE
1. Fit the telescopic extension with filter together
as shown

- Page 2 FITTING THE PUMP TO A BARREL 1. Fit the telescopic extension with filter to the pump. • You can fit the extension inlet tube in between if required. 2. Adjust the telescopic extension tube to the required length. • The bottom of the telescopic extension should be just off of the bottom of the barrel when fitted.
