Fuel level warning
Tachometer
The tachometer LCD screen will show a flashing warn-
ing icon + buzzer sound.
Alarm display
The fuel level indication flashes in the alarm display +
buzzer sound.
Circuit description
A fuel level sensor can be connected to the MDI , 3-
180 ohm. The MDI supplies the fuel level sensor with
a reference voltage of +5 V.
Fault tracing
Fault condition
The fuel level is 20% or less for more than 60 seconds.
Possible reason
• Fuel level is too low.
• Fault in the fuel level sensor wiring.
Suitable action
1 Check fuel level.
2 Check all wiring and connectors between the fuel
level sensor and the MDI.
