Forced dust extraction and a dust mask should always be used when
cutting hazardous materials.
Forced dust extraction is recommended when it is desirable to keep the
working area clean. Forced dust extraction is essential if the material being
cut is slightly damp.
Which Saw Blade can be used
The diameter of saw blade and the centre hole must comply with the
specifications on page "Technical Data".
The allowed revolution of the saw blade must at least equal the revolution
of the circular saw.

Sawing

With the correct saw blade the circular saw is intended for cutting copper, iron,
aluminium, plastic, Bakelite, plywood, gypsum board and gypsum composite
fibre boards.
1. Secure the workpiece. Place the outer side facing down as bottom cuts
are especially clean.
2. Switch on the circular saw, wait unit it reaches full speed and then start
cutting. Hold the saw with one hand on the handle (1) and the other on the
auxiliary handle (4).
3. Slide the circular saw along the workpiece without pressure. Give the
blade time to cut its way through the workpiece. The cutting mark for
straight cuts (17) or the cutting mark (7) will facilitate cutting along a
cutting line previously drawn on the workpiece.

Removing the Saw Blade

1. Disconnect the machine from power supply before working on it. Wear
safety gloves when handling the saw blade to avoid injuries.
2. Lay the circular saw on the motor side to change the tool.
3. First press the self-locking spindle (5) and hold it pressed. Unscrew the
hex bolt (10) with the included Allen key (19). Turn the Allen key counter
clockwise.
4. Remove the outer flange (9) and swing the retracting blade guard (11)
completely backwards by using the retracting handle. Now you can
remove the saw blade.
