Intended Use

The grease gun has been exclusively designed to forward grease.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or any
changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious risks and
is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose. The operator is
liable for any damage caused by improper use.

Cartridge Loading

1. Screw the container tube (B) counter clockwise from the head (E) of the
grease gun.
2. Draw back the plunger handle (C) entirely.
3. Insert the open end of the cartridge into the container tube (B) and push it all
the way in. Remove the seal from the cartridge.
4. Reassemble the container tube to the head of the gun.
5. Press the catch plate (G) and release the plunger rod.
6. Keep pressing the catch plate (G) and push down the plunger handle (C) as
far as possible.

Loading with Filler Pump

1. Unscrew the round plug (F) at the head of the gun.
2. Insert filler spout from the filler pump.
3. Operate the filler pump to fill the container tube. As the grease is pumped into
the container tube, the plunger handle will be extracted. Stop filling as soon as
the plunger handle is pushed out completely.
4. Disconnect the grease gun from the filler pump.
5. Screw the round plug (F) to the head of the gun to close the opening.
6. Press the catch plate (G) and release the plunger rod.
7. Keep pressing the catch plate (G) and push down the plunger handle (C) as
far as possible.
