Manufacturer's Warranty - ULTRACOM AVIUS Manual

The manufacturer is not responsible for the operation of
the products that accompany the device from third-parties
that are not related Ultracom Oy or Ultracom, Ultrapoint or
other product brands managed by Ultracom Oy.
The warranty policy declared by each manufacturer is
applied to these devices. These products include phones,
batteries, chargers and Bluetooth modules.
Ultracom Oy assumes limited responsibility for the
operability and user support of the above mentioned
products. Ultracom Oy is not responsible for the accessories
or guidelines accompanying these devices.
The use of the device may be subject to national frequency
licensing requirements.
One-way use of the device (no commands are sent to
the collar) may require one radio licence and two-way use
(commands are sent to the collar) may require two radio
licences.

The owner of the device must check the radio licensing
requirements and, if necessary, acquire the necessary licences
from the communications authorities in the country of use.
Ultracom Oy accepts no liability for the unauthorised use
of the device.

from the communications authorities in the country of use.

7.2 Manufacturer's warranty

If the Product* proves to be defective during the warranty
period because of faulty materials, workmanship or design,
the manufacturer and/or manufacturer's authorised service
agent will repair the Product* without charge for work or
parts within a reasonable time.
This warranty is valid only when this warranty document
or other proof of purchase (indicating the product purchase
date, the product serial number and the seller of the product)
must be presented together with the defective Product*.
