Using this section you can create and modify rules on speed dial.
The digits to make a call to the phone number.
Enter the SIP number you want to dial by pressing the speed dial keys.
Enter a brief description that will identify the contact assigned to a speed dial key. You can
use up to 127 printable ASCII characters.
