Intended use

The rotary vane vacuum pump CL-P Type 7 serves to create vacuum pressure conditions for vacuum pressure casting machines
and ceramic furnaces in dental techniques. The service life of the vacuum pump is expected to be 10 years.
The pump is suitable to be used in the following units of the Heraeus Combilabor product range:
Heracast EC, Heracast RC S / L, CL-G, CL-G 77, CL-G 94, CL-G 97, CL-G 2002, CL-IM, CL-IMG, CL-IG, CL-I 95,
CL-Heramat 2002, Heramat C, Heramat C2, Heramat C3.
The machine must be operated by dental-laboratory technicians or assistants who:

have acquired their skills through technical training or instruction,
are qualified to perform their duties correctly,

can detect pos.sible dangers when working with the unit.

Working rules

CAUTION!
Remove any jewellery and put on the necessary personal safety clothing, e.g. hand, face, and body protective clothing.
CAUTION!
The pump must not be:
used in the high vacuum range,
operated in environment expos.ed to explosion hazard,
operated in airtight or insufficiently ventilated rooms,
used for the extraction of harmful, flammable or explosive substances (gases, liquids).

Scope of delivery

Check that all components are in perfect condition on delivery of the machine.
If you wish to make a complaint, contact your supplier.
Delivery unit:

Vacuum hose 1.5 m
Key for Oil fill screw- and Oil drain screw (Allan key 6 mm)
2 pcs hose clamps
100 ml oil for pump
Working instructions, Test certificate
Adapter connecting cable
