Die werkseitige Lebensdauer der Vakuum-Pumpe wird mit 10 Jahren veranschlagt. Die Pumpe ist für den Einsatz in folgenden Geräten der Heraeus Combilabor-Serie geeignet: Heracast EC, Heracast RC S / L, CL-G, CL-G 77, CL-G 94, CL-G 97, CL-G 2002, CL-IM, CL-IMG, CL-IG, CL-I 95, CL-Heramat 2002, Heramat C, Heramat C2, Heramat C3. -

Der Netzanschluss erfolgt mittels dem mitgelieferten Netzkabel ausschließlich über eine Schutzkontaktsteckdose. Die Heraeus-Combilabor-Geräte, an die der Anschluss der Pumpe vorgesehen ist, verfügen über eine separat abgesicherte Netzsteckdose. Der Anschluss am Heramat C, Heramat C2 oder Heramat C3 erfolgt über den abgebildeten Kaltgeräte stecker (siehe Kapitel 5.1 Geräteelemente, Pos. -

Betriebsanleitung Vakuumpumpe – CL-P Typ 7 Ölstand HINWEIS: Der Ölstand muss regelmäßig, d.h. mindestens wöchentlich, am Ölschauglas überprüft werden. Der Ölstand ist in Ordnung, wenn das Ölschauglas (siehe Kapitel 5.1 Geräteelemente, Pos. 3) im betriebs warmen Zustand mindestens 1/3, aber nicht über der Markierung „max.“ gefüllt ist. Ist der Ölstand auf Markierung „min.“ abgefallen, muss sofort Öl nachgefüllt werden. -

Fehler und Ursachen Nachfolgende mögliche Ursachen sollen eine Fehlersuche erleichtern. Ist ein Fehler nicht zu beseitigen, muss die zuständige Servicestelle (siehe Kapitel 11 Service) informiert werden. Operating instructions vacuum pump – CL-P Type 7 Oil level NOTE! The oil level must be regularly checked in the viewing glass, i.e. at least once a week. The oil level is OK, if the viewing glass (see paragraph Elements of device, pos. 3) is filled to at least 1/3 in the operational condition, however, the level does not exceed the marking “max.”. -
