Black ball (176): dry air ball and inner regeneration ball, moderate heat resistance, somewhat
harder than the yellow ball.
Yellow ball (175): lower regeneration ball, outer, high heat resistance, soft.

Fit the new balls (175) and (176) and the discs (177) on the axles using the split pins (174).
7.
Clean off the packing surfaces of any old packing material and apply new packing material.
Avoid letting any packing material enter the valve unit itself.
8.
Fit the valve covers (173).
9.
Fit the tension rods (133) and (178).
