Checking and Replacing an IBM Industrial Color Display Filter
You need a flat-blade screwdriver for this procedure. The display filter is located on the bottom
of the display.
To check or replace the display filter:
1. Set the system unit's Power switch to Off.
2. Set the display's Power control to Off.
3. Unplug the system unit and display from the power outlet.
4. Place the display off to the side of the system unit.
Note: You may need to disconnect the display from the system unit to set the display off to
the side.
If
so, do it before you move the display. You may damage the cord if you do not
disconnect it.
5. Turn the display on its side as shown below. Make sure that you do not set it on the side
with the controls.
