2.3 Montage
Der Adapter ist in das betreffende Einschubfach einzusetzen. Da-
nach ist die Fachtür zu schließen und die Verbindung zur Fachnach-
bildung mit dem mitgelieferten Steuerkabel herzustellen. Die Fach-
nachbildung ist für die einzusetzende Einschubgröße einzustellen.
Dazu ist das Bodenteil in die erforderliche Höhenposition einzulegen
und zur Umstellung von 1/4M auf 1/2M ggf. zu drehen. Der zu prü-
fende Einschub ist in die passend eingestellte Fachnachbildung
einzusetzen und in Testposition zu bringen.
2.4 Inbetriebnahme
Durch Herstellen der Testposition an dem in der Anlage befindlichen
Adapter wird der zu prüfende Einschub nun mit den Steuersignalen
der Anlage verbunden und entsprechende Messungen und Prüf-
schaltungen können vorgenommen werden.

Für alle auszuführenden Arbeiten ist die Betriebsanleitung für Ein-
schubtechnik zu beachten

Da es nicht möglich ist, alle Sonderausstattungen
in den Betriebsanleitungen der verschiedenen
Feldtypen zu behandeln, muss sich das Bedien-
personal anhand von Schaltplänen usw. mit der
speziellen Ausführung vertraut machen, ggf. beim
Hersteller nachfragen:
Beim Betrieb elektrischer Schaltgeräte und
Schaltanlagen stehen zwangsläufig bestimmte
Teile dieser Anlagen unter gefährlicher elektri-
scher Spannung und es können sich mechanische
Teile, auch ferngesteuert, schnell bewegen.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen
und Warnhinweise können schwere Körper-
verletzungen und Sachschäden auftreten.
Bevor am feststehenden Teil der Niederspan-
nungs-Schaltanlage gearbeitet wird, die Anlage
freischalten (auch Hilfsspannung), gegen Wie-
dereinschalten sichern, die Spannungsfreiheit
feststellen, erden und kurzschließen. Alle Vor-
schriften und betrieblichen Sicherheitsanforde-
rungen beachten!
Warnung
Um Verletzungen zu vermeiden wird empfohlen
bei der Montage Handschuhe zu tragen.

2.3 Mounting
Insert the adapter into the appropriate withdrawable unit compartment.
After that close the compartment door and make the contact to the
compartment replication with the supplied control cable.
The compartment replication is to adjust for the applied withdrawable
unit size. For this purpose install the bottom part into the required
height position and if necessary, turn it for the adjustment from 1/4M
to 1/2M.
Insert the withdrawable unit to be tested into the correct adjusted
compartment replication and bring it into the test position.
2.4 Commissioning
Due to the setup of the test position at the adapter placed in the
switchboard the withdrawable unit to be checked is now connected
with control signals of the switchboard. The appropriate measure-
ments and test circuits can be executed.
3. Further definitions
Observe the operating instruction for withdrawable-unit design for all
operations to be executed.
Warning
As it is not possible to cover all special designs in the
operating instructions of the different field types,
operating personnel must familiarize themselves with
the version concerned with the aid of circuit diagrams
etc. and consult the manufacturer if necessary.
During operation of electrical equipment and switch-
gear, certain parts are live and dangerous voltages
therefore present. Mechanical parts can move very
fast, even if remote-controlled.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and warn-
ings can result in severe personal injury or property
damage.
Before working on the fixed part of the low-voltage
switchgear, isolate the switchgear (including auxiliary
voltage), ensure it does not switch on again, verify
that it is free of voltage, and earth and short-circuit it.
Comply with all regulations and relevant safety rules!
Warning
To avoid injury, it is recommended to use gloves
when mounting.
