1.3 Montage
Der Adapter ist in das betreffende Einschubfach einzusetzen. Da-
nach ist die Fachtür zu schließen und die Verbindung mit dem zu
prüfenden Einschub unter Verwendung des mitgelieferten Steuerka-
bels herzustellen. Dazu ist am Einschub der Steuerstecker in die
Testposition zu bringen.
1.4 Inbetriebnahme
Durch Herstellen der Testposition an dem in der Anlage befindlichen
Adapter wird der zu prüfende Einschub nun mit den Steuersignalen
der Anlage verbunden und entsprechende Messungen und Prüf-
schaltungen können vorgenommen werden.
2 Funktionsweise und Aufbau der Inbetriebnahme- und Test-
einheit für Kleineinschübe
2.1 Funktionsweise
Die Inbetriebnahme- und Testeinheit soll den Betrieb der Steuerung
von Kleineinschüben mit oder ohne Buskomponenten außerhalb der
Anlage für Inbetriebnahme- und Einstellarbeiten ermöglichen.
Dazu werden die Steuersignale mittels eines in das betreffende Fach
zu setzenden Adapters kontaktiert und auf Buchsen auf die Instru-
mententafel verdrahtet.
Der zu Inbetriebnahmearbeiten vorgesehene Kleineinschub wird vor
der Anlage platziert (Tisch, Laborwagen o.ä.). Zur Kontaktierung des
Steuerstromkreises ist eine Fachnachbildung erforderlich, in die der
Einschub einzusetzen ist.
Fachnachbildung und Adapter im Fach werden mittels Kabel verbun-
den.
Der Hauptstromkreis wird nicht kontaktiert.

After that close the compartment door and make the contact to the
withdrawable unit to be checked with the supplied control cable.
For this purpose set the control plug at the withdrawable unit into
the test position.

1.3 Commissioning
Due to the setup of the test position at the adapter placed in the
switchboard the withdrawable unit to be checked is now connected
with control signals of the switchboard. The appropriate measure-
ments and test circuits can be executed.
2 Functionality and design of the commissioning and test unit
for Miniature withdrawable units
2.1 Functionality
The commissioning and test unit shall allow the operation of the
controlling of the standard withdrawable unit with and without bus
components outside of the switchboard for commissioning and
configuration operations.
For this purpose the control signals are contacted via an adapter set
into the appropriate compartment and wired on socket connectors
on the instrument panel.
The miniature withdrawable unit designated for the commissioning
will be placed in front of the switchboard (table, trolley or similar).
For the contacting of the control circuit a compartment replication is
necessary, in which the withdrawable unit is to be placed.
The compartment replication and adapter set are connected with a
cable.
The main circuit will not be contacted.
