Crankshaft and crankcase
Fit the sealing rings.

5. Plastic bush with fuel hoses.
6. Clutch.
7. Engine body and clutch cover.
8. Guide rail for the short-circuit cable on the underside of the crankcase.
9. Rubber grommet for the short-circuit cable.
10. Flywheel.
11. Ignition module.
Assemble the remaining parts in the reverse order as set out for dismantling.
Lubricate the axle spindles with engine
oil and press the sealing rings until level
with the crankcase using a suitable
punch or tool 502 50 30-19.
The metal covers of the sealing rings
should face outwards!
Assemble the remaining parts in the
following order:
1. Cooling nozzle on the fl ywheel side's
crankcase half.
2. Piston and cylinder.
3. Place the distance piece in position
against the cylinder. Secure the
gaskets using a small amount of
grease.
4. Inlet manifold/heat shield.
3. Stempel og cylinder.

NOTE!
When the inlet manifold/partition
wall is assembled it is important
that it runs in the groove in the
crankcase half and that it is slid
into position against the distance
piece.
