b) Lift and remove the governor rod.
7. Remove the governor rod (A) from the governor arm
(B).

8. Remove the carburetor and related gaskets and
insulator.
9. Install in the opposite sequence.

6.5.3 To disassemble the carburetor
1. Remove the air filter holder. Refer to

2. Clean the external surface of the carburetor. Refer

3. Remove the screw (A) and the float bowl gasket.

4. Remove all fuel from the float bowl (B).
5. Remove the hinge pin (C) and remove the float (D)
and the float needle valve.
