a) Push the throttle rod out of the slot on the throttle
shaft.
b) Lift and remove the throttle rod.

5. Lift and remove the throttle shaft and the throttle
return spring.
6. Disconnect the governor rod from the governor
shaft.
a) Rotate the governor rod 90 degrees in the
governor shaft.
