4. Connecting the red wires together (For EBP version):
LED
Reflector
Emergency
PVC Caps
Test Switch
Disassembling the Fixture:
1. Ensure that all the power sources are turned off and/or disconnected prior to any adjustments.
2. While holding the fixture SECURELY, remove the nut holding in place (on the end WITHOUT the power cord).
3. While holding the fixture SECURELY, remove the Chain or the Mounting Bracket.
4. While holding the fixture SECURELY, remove the Nut and Washer from behind the End Cap.
5. While Holding the fixture and Lens Securely, Carefully remove the Endcap from the End Plate Stud.
6. CAREFULLY remove the Lens from around the fixture by pulling from the open end.
7 . Remove the screws holding the Reflector to the Housing.
8. Lift the reflector from the fixture.
Connecting the Red wires together:
9. Connect the red connectors of the Emergency battery together.
Assembling the HDF fixtures:
10. Place the reflector on the end brackets and tighten the screws.
11. CAREFULLY replace the lens around the fixture and ensure that the lens around the fixture and ensure that the lens
rests firmly against the gasket in the end cap (with power cord).
12. While Holding the Lens in place, Place the end plate stud.
13. Place the Washer on first, then TIGHTEN the Nut over the End Plate Stud to 50 in lb with a torque wrench.*
14. Hook the chain or the Mounting Bracket around the End Plate bolt, tighten the Nut and reconnect Power.
*The torque Value should be not less than 50 in lbs.
