We have the Define 5 Neo-Ray, one end has a dark spot. We belive part of the fixture is burned out. how do we repair this fixture we dont know how it comes apart.

5. Inspect components: Check for visible signs of damage such as burn marks or failed LEDs. Replace any damaged or burned-out components.
6. Reconnect wiring: After replacing components, reconnect power and dimming leads using wire nuts.
7. Reattach access plate: Push wiring back into the fixture and securely re-attach the access plate with screws.
8. Test the fixture: Turn the power back on and check if the dark spot is resolved.
