Mounting Instructions

BEACHTE:
After having removed the transport
blocks the winch may tilt to the motor
side. Therefore the winch has to be se-
cured against tilting before mounting.
Pay attention to crane suspension points! (not at size M
0)
The mounting structure must be designed to sustain
the max. forces imposed by the winch (impact
coefficient acc. to DIN15018 has to be considered)
Pay careful attention that the mounting surface is flat
and true.
Only fix the winch by means of good quality screws.
Tighten the screws evenly.
Secure the screws.
Pay attention to unhindered rope coiling!

Mounting positions
The wire rope winches may be mounted in different positions.
Fix the ventilation screw, the oil drain screw and the oil
level screw (oil sight glass) acc. to following drawings.
At size M0 it is not necessary to change the ventilation
screw, the oil drain screw and the oil level screw.
Worm gear is lifetime lubricated.
Suitable for all mounting positions.
Pay attention to oil quantity! (see table)

The rope may optionally be fixed on left or right drum flange.
Pay attention to correct polarity of the actuating motor.
