Whispbar Rail Mount Through Bar First Time Installation Remove parts from inside the package and check. Contact your dealer if any parts are missing or damaged. Ensure the roof rack face towards the front of vehicle. 1. Adjusting Screw 2. Locking Screw... - Page 3 Whispbar Rail Mount Through Bar Crossbar Adjustment Use keys to remove covers. Use hex screwdriver to reverse adjusting screw 10 turns. Use 5 mm (2/8") Hex Key to loosen locking screw and open clamp.
- Page 4 Whispbar Rail Mount Through Bar Fitment Place crossbar on vehicle. Minimum recommended spacing between the bars is 700mm (27 4/8") (unless otherwise stated). Crossbar can be positioned anywhere along the roof rail. Hold adjusting screw in and slide crossbar in or out as required.
- Page 5 Whispbar Rail Mount Through Bar Correctly installed crossbars. Side rails may vary to those pictured. Ensure that all legs clamp securely to the roof rails. Use 5mm (2/8") Hex Key to tighten clamp and secure crossbar to rail. Check crossbar is securely attached to the vehicle.

Follow the fitting instructions for fitting the product to your vehicle. Make sure all steps are carried out in order. Set crossbars a minimum distance of 700mm (27 4/8") apart where no other distance is specified in the fitting instructions.

Be especially aware of the effects of side winds, changing of direction, and braking performance. Avoid rapid acceleration and deceleration. Drive carefully. Note that the total height of the vehicle increases when upright loads are carried.
