10. Wiring Information

Wiring colours are correct at the time the manual was printed. However, it is advised that continuity checks are
performed prior to all terminations.

Mode Pins:
Pins 5 and 6 on the output connector are designated as Mode Pins. By grounding a combination of these pins, the
instrument can be automatically set to adjust its output protocol to suit different communications options. The pins
should be grounded (closed) via a 1000 ohm resistor.
