Troubleshooting

Perform Pressure Relief Procedure before perform-
ing any troubleshooting procedure.
All Machines
Problem
Dispense valve stalling and no mate-
rial being dispensed despite ade-
quate input pressure
Dispense valve not discharging nor-
mal or full volume
Material leaks past spool valves
Improper material mixing
Material leaks around mixer while
dispensing
Motor Driven PD44 Only
Problem
The horn beeps after each shot
The horn beeps continuously

Cause
Blocked mixer
Flow control valve closed
Low material level in reservoirs
Air in material tanks
Spool valve worn or damaged
Mixer not clean or free
Cured material in mixer
Cause
Dispense is longer than the dispense
limit timer
If the low level sensors are on, the
system may be low on material
Solution
Check mixer for cured material,
replace mixer as required
Open
Fill material reservoirs and prime the
machine
Fill reservoirs and prime machine
Replace the spool valve and sleeve
Remove and replace the mixer
Check mixer for cured material,
replace mixer
Solution
Check mixer for cured material
Check level screen for low level con-
dition, if low level condition is pres-
ent, fill tank with material
