4.2 Automatic cleaning of the Groups
Cleaning all groups at once
4.2.1 Starting the Cleaning Cycle
a. Disconnect the power supply to the machine by turning the general switch to off.
b. Place the cleaning accessory which is provided with the machine in each one of the filter-holders and insert these
into each one of the machine's groups.
c. Start the machine by turning the general switch to on and wait for the "VISACREM V6 +" or "GAGGIA G6 +" light
located on the right of the front panel to turn off.
d. Keep the two large coffees button on the left group pressed until the buttons corresponding to the "Continuous
Coffee" option of all the groups start to flash and the message "GROUP CLEAN CYCLE START" appears. The
cleaning will end after 15 cycles and the message "GROUP CLEAN CYCLE FINISHED" will appear on the screen.
4.2.2 Interrupting the cleaning cycle
- To exit the automatic cleaning cycle, disconnect the power supply to the machine by turning the general switch to off,
and then switching the machine back on again.
Cleaning each group independently
With the machine in operation, keep the continuous coffee button of the group to be cleaned pressed until the continuous
coffee option button starts to flash. The cleaning cycle will end after 15 cycles or by pressing the continuous coffee button
again.
Note: while cleaning one group, coffee can still be made using the other groups.

4.3 Daily care

At the start of the day
1. Activate the group for 20 seconds to refresh the water
remaining in the circuit from the previous day.
2. Check that the water flows out forming a single jet and in
a continuous manner, otherwise, clean the group.
Replace the seal and filter if the problem persists.
3. Remove any ground coffee remains from the previous
day from the dispenser.
4. Verify that the ground coffee dose and the grinding point
are appropriate.
5. Make one coffee and check that it is correct.
Practical Advice

1. Do not stack more than three cups high on top of the machine.
2. Avoid reheating milk. Heat small amounts.
3. Before heating milk, open the steam arm to purge it. After completing the operation, purge again and clean the tube
using a damp cloth.

- - It is advisable to clean using a
special detergent at least once a
month.
At the end of the day
Limit the amount of coffee to be ground to the current
consumption, given that we recommend any coffee left
over should be thrown away.
Clean the group (filter and discharge) using the cleaning
accessory provided.
Clean the filter and filter-holder with hot water, check
against the light that the holes in the filter are not
obstructed. Leave the filter-holder in place in the group.
Clean the steam tube using a damp cloth and purge
several times.
Clean the drain tray of any coffee remains.
