    Do not put the equipment upside down (the pan down) except when batteries are replaced. As for all optional devices or parts connected to the UDS-1V-WP, use the devices or parts specified by Yamato. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any troubles caused by devices/ parts which are not specified by us and repair or modifications.

  • Page 8: To Keep The Scale Working Efficiently

    TO KEEP THE SCALE WORKING EFFICIENTLY 1. This waterproof digital scale is graded as IP68. IP68 is the grade of protection against complete, continuous submersion in water. The scale is designed not to admit water even after it has been left at a depth of one meter for 24 hours.

    CALIBRATION When you use the UDS-1V-WP for the first time, it is necessary to calibrate the scale at your area before use. If you skip the calibration, the scale may not indicate the weight with accuracy. Therefore be sure to calibrate the scale at your area before using scale.
